Full Description

Job Title: Traveling Ultrasound Tech / Sonographer (#441033)

Join the team as an Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you will operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images used by physicians in patient care. You will perform sonographic examinations, maintain accurate records, follow established imaging protocols, and collaborate with radiologists and care teams to ensure timely, patient-centered imaging services.


Minimum Requirements:

  • National certification in specialty from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (preferred: RDMS, RVT, or relevant ARDMS credentials).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer in a hospital or similar acute care environment.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
  • Experience performing a broad range of diagnostic ultrasound exams, including abdominal, pelvic, vascular, and obstetric studies preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate hospital-grade ultrasound systems and maintain image quality and documentation in electronic medical records.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and to follow departmental protocols for patient safety and infection control.
