Job Title: Surg Tech CVOR – Travel Job (#446499)

Join our team as a Certified CVOR Surgical Technologist in a hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. You will function as a member of a cardiac team, assisting physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures. You will ensure patient safety by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing direct support to the surgical team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a certified CVOR technologist in a cardiac surgical environment.
• Experience with cardiovascular operating room procedures and instrumentation.
• Ability to work night shift schedule and maintain sterile technique and OR protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience at a high-acuity hospital operating room.
• Additional certifications related to sterile processing or perioperative nursing support.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: NOC 10.
• Schedule: 4x10.
• Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
