Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist – Travel Job (#446494)

Join our skilled team of imaging professionals as an Interventional Radiology Technologist in St. Louis, MO. Use your expertise to perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures, operate and assure quality of imaging equipment, and monitor patients throughout procedures. You will support a high-volume procedural unit that manages vascular, oncologic, and gastroenterology-related interventions.


Minimum Qualifications

  • ARRT Radiography (R) required.
  • BLS required.
  • ARRT in Vascular-Interventional (VI) preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience required; 2 years preferred.
  • Experience with central venous catheter placements, diagnostic angiograms, Y-90 mapping/treatments, gastrostomy tubes, percutaneous nephrostomy tubes, and peripheral artery disease procedures preferred.
  • Experience working in a hospital procedural/interventional environment.
  • Ability to perform 6–8 procedures per day and operate in multiple procedure rooms (9 rooms onsite).
  • State radiologic technologist license for Missouri.


Preferred Qualifications

  • ARRT VI certification.
  • At least 2 years of IR technologist experience with references.


Assignment Details

  • Shift Hours: 07:30 - 18:00.
  • Schedule Pattern: 4 x 10-hour day shifts.
  • May be scheduled one Saturday 08:00 - 16:00 in a 13-week period.
  • Weekend call rotation: Friday 16:00 through Monday 07:30; expected to be on call approximately 1–2 times in a 13-week assignment.
  • Technologist may be assigned as "backup" on occasion; procedural work may extend beyond scheduled shift.
